IN AN ISLAND CHALET
You’ll be chauffeured in a Rolls-Royce to a private island in the forest, where you’ll find a charming chalet. After a serene boat ride across the lake, you'll enjoy a gourmet dinner with panoramic views. A secret stroll will lead you to a statue of lovers, where you’ll make your Paris surprise proposal.
What you will experience together during this surprise Paris proposal:
Between 7:00 and 7:30 PM, your chauffeur will call to inform you that a luxurious 1952 Rolls-Royce Silver Dawn has arrived outside your home.
You’ll step inside the elegant vehicle and be driven across the city, heading deep into a forested area where you’ll arrive at a small private island. Hidden among the trees, you’ll spot a charming wooden chalet. Between you and the cottage, the soft pastel waters of the lake will reflect the moonlight and the glow from the wooded surroundings... it’s like a scene from a postcard.
As you exit the car, you’ll walk down a few steps to the edge of the lake, where a boatman will be waiting with a small rowboat. You’ll step aboard and glide across the water, perhaps spotting a few ducks as they cut through the surface. Under the warm glow of lanterns along the shore, you’ll dock and step into the chalet—a Bernese-style cabin that Napoleon III gifted to his beloved Empress Eugénie.
Once you arrive, you’ll be greeted and escorted to your table. With rose petals scattered on the tablecloth and a stunning view of the lake, you’ll be seated in the most romantic spot in the restaurant!
In this cosy and elegant setting, you’ll be served a glass of champagne to start. Your meal will begin with a refreshing melon and king crab dish accompanied by artichoke cream, followed by a beautifully prepared pollock aïoli with fresh vegetables, and ending with a rich chocolate fondant and spiced meringue. All of this will be paired perfectly with a 2016 Domaine Joseph Drouhin Chablis and a 2013 Château de Rochemorin Pessac-Léognan.
After dinner, you’ll step out of the chalet to enjoy the fragrant night air of the forest. Hand in hand, you’ll follow a hidden path along the quiet shores of the island. Through the treetops of ancient trees, you’ll catch a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower in the distance. A few moments later, you’ll reach the far end of the island, where you’ll discover a mysterious statue of two lovers entwined in an embrace.
It’s here, in this private and romantic setting, that you’ll make your surprise marriage proposal, surrounded by the magic of the night and the beauty of the scenery.
Price of the package: 1490 euros
Experience having an average duration of 4 hours, including transport, with pick up from your hotel or accommodation between 7pm and 7:30pm.
